Welcome to Los Colores de Mérida Bed & Breakfast. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. Please review the following terms before booking. By confirming a reservation, you agree to these conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

​

A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your card.

​

The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival date.

​

All rates are:

• per room, per night (single or double occupancy)

• inclusive of breakfast

​

Rates may change without notice but are guaranteed once your reservation is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. At this point, the full balance has been charged.

• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount

• No refunds are provided for early departures

​

3. Check-in & Check-out

​

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

​

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply—please contact us in advance to arrange.

4. House Guidelines

​

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of $4,000 MXN will be charged for smoking inside rooms. Guests may be asked to vacate if this policy is not respected.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests per room. Additional guests must be declared and may incur extra charges.

5. Responsibility & Liability

​

• Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Charges will be applied to the card on file.

• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure valuables and lock your room when leaving.

• Injury: Guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay.

6. Use of Facilities

​

• Pool & Outdoor Areas: For registered guests only. Use is at your own risk.

• Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please inform us of any dietary needs in advance.

7. Privacy

​

Your personal information is used solely to process your reservation and will not be shared with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

​

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural events, government actions, or travel disruptions.

​

9. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

​

By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
