Los Colores de Mérida is a smoke-free property to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests. Smoking inside the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of 4,000 Pesos, and guests may be asked to leave if this policy is violated.

Can I use the Pilates equipment?

Accepted Answer

Pilates equipment may only be used under the instruction of Richie Poe, a classically trained, 4th-generation Pilates teacher. The cost for a 55-minute private session is 1,350 pesos, or you can purchase a 5-pack of sessions for 5,800 pesos. All purchases are non-refundable.

Can I bring an additional guest to stay with me overnight?

All guests must be registered for the safety and security of everyone at Los Colores de Mérida. This ensures that we maintain accurate records of all individuals on the property, in compliance with local regulations. If you'd like to have someone visit, please inform us in advance so we can register them accordingly. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to access guest rooms or common areas.
