Every Sunday, the historic center of Mérida transforms into a vibrant celebration known as Mérida en Domingo, one of the city’s most popular weekly cultural events.
Located in the heart of Centro Historico around Plaza Grande, the streets close to traffic and fill with artisan vendors, traditional Yucatecan gastronomy, live music, and folkloric dance performances.
