When: 4th Saturday of each month at 7:00 AM

This class is part of the Los Colores Monthly Wellness Series, a monthly program of movement and wellness classes hosted at the B&B and open to both our guests and the Mérida community.
Los Colores guests are welcome to join at no additional cost. Community members and visitors are invited to participate on a pay-what-you-can basis.
