One of Yucatán’s most emblematic flavors takes center stage at the Bola Cheese Fair, happening August 29 and 30 at La Plancha Park.
Bring your appetite and discover the many ways queso de bola is enjoyed across Yucatán. 40 exhibitors will come together with a wide variety of foods, desserts, drinks and other products featuring this beloved regional ingredient.
It’s a fun opportunity to experience a distinctly Yucatecan food tradition while enjoying one of Mérida’s popular public spaces.
